We always suspected that we had an interesting business story to tell, but didn’t know which media forums were best when it came to sharing our Low Carb vision.
It was always about sharing our learnings and mistakes, whilst not looking too peacocky!
However, it was explained to us that awards are actually a fantastic, level playing field, where young start-ups like SRSLY can go toe-to- toe with even the UK’s biggest food & drink heroes and come out on top.
It’s an opportunity to put our wider vision under the microscope, explain our longer-term, strategic rationale and even showcase our latest product innovation. Winning a Food & Drink Federation award is truly a big deal for our team, showing that all their hard graft and ingenuity is recognised. It also recognises retailers who were willing to take a chance with a new slightly left field arrival, editors for giving us coverage and most importantly you, the supportive, online loyalist who was pivotal to our business getting off the ground.

Proper, real bread. Best I have tasted. Light and airy a bit like Nimble bread. Satisfying and comforting. Definitely recommend this bread. Been having a problem with my blood sugars so needed to keep off bread. This has satisfied my need for bread and helped counteract the carbs, and has lowered my daily blood sugars substantially.

If you think the normal loaves are great, wait till you try these! Full of flavour and perfect for making ham/cheese/anything salad sandwiches. They make keeping to my low carb lifestyle so much easier and i dont feel as though I have to miss out.

I love these! As a type 1 diabetic I’m really careful about eating lots of carb or bread with hidden sugar in but with these not cross buns I can eat without the worry! Absolutely great to have a tasty treat without a blood sugar spike.

Honestly, I've been missing pickle FOR SOOOO LONG and I'm not lying when I tell you, I had that jar open and had a spoonful in my mouth even before the delivery driver had pulled away. It's AMAZING and smells and tastes near identical to my other favourite (high sugar) brand. It's delicious, truly, and it makes me happy to have pickle again.
