Method
- Cut and wash cauliflower.
- Blend and sieve out any excess water.
- Pour Pureed cauliflower into a pot.
- Cook for about 2 mins.
- Add the Psyllium husks powder, stir well to mix in.
- Continue to stir until it comes together (will take 3-4 min to bind)
- Serve with any type of soup.
