Method
- Fry the sausages in 1 tbsp of olive oil.
- Lightly toast the seriously low carb bread in the toaster, then spread on some real butter.
- When sausages are cooked, remove from pan and slice to place on bread.
- Fry a duck egg in oil from sausages.
- Place on top of sausages.
- Add ur top layer of toasted low carb bread.
- Slice your sandwich in half and enjoy!
