    1. Fry the sausages in 1 tbsp of olive oil.
    2. Lightly toast the seriously low carb bread in the toaster, then spread on some real butter.
    3. When sausages are cooked, remove from pan and slice to place on bread.
    4. Fry a duck egg in oil from sausages.
    5. Place on top of sausages.
    6. Add ur top layer of toasted low carb bread.
    7. Slice your sandwich in half and enjoy!
