Nice but very expensive

Taste good and low carb, but pork scratchings are fairly low anyway and these are expensive for the amount

Lots of little bits ( crumbs )

These were small crumbs ?
Maybe they were squished like the bread rolls .

Nice but bitty and overly salty at the bottom of the packet

Cracklings had a good texture and flavour until you got to the bottom of the packet where those bits were over salty and very bitty.

Not for me

I know they used Sea Salt, but the crackling smelt strongly of fish (a smell/taste I don't like). The crackling was not cooked evenly and some bits were hard enough to crack teeth.
