Product Description
This pizza base is a blank canvas, primed and ready for you to create your own Italian masterpiece. This is the dough-main for all you pizza aficiona-doughs to get creative. Try your favourite flavour combinations, a tribute to a trusted pizzeria classic or an innovative topping selection that will set the pizzaioli spinning.
Cooking Instructions:
- The first step to low carb pizza heaven is a piping hot pre-heated oven / pan
- Remove all packaging.
- Add your favourite toppings
- For best results, place your masterpiece directly on the top rack of your pre-heated oven OR cook in a frying pan on a medium heat on the hob.
- The cooking instructions below are for the base only, cook temp and times may vary depending on your chosen toppings.
Oven Cook from Chilled: Time 9-12 mins, Oven: 220°C, Fan: 200°C, Gas: Gas Mark 7
Oven Cook from Frozen: Time 12-15 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6
Pan Cook from Chilled: Time 11-14 mins, medium heat
Pan Cook from Frozen: Time 16 - 20 minutes, medium heat
Multipacks are best
We've carefully made the decision to offer our bases in packs of 2 to help reduce packaging and carbon footprint. Perfect for a cosy night in for two or to pop one straight into the fridge and the other in the freezer for up to 3 months.

A half pizza is a pretty good serving - and a full pizza is a treat. Either way, we haven't designed these for 20 people parties yet - when the whole world is Keto & Low Carb then we'll create some 4 footer UFOs
