Our ready meals come in at 5g of carbs or less per 100g, whereas a banana typically contains around 19g of carbs per 100g.
That means that one large banana (120g) contains more carbs than a whole SRSLY ready meal (370g)
Tasty, effortless and healthy
Really nice taste, and really filling. I had one for lunch and barely thought about food until nearly 9pm! The Konjac was wonderful, just like normal noodles, I don't know why people complain.
